I’m absolutely convinced the sizing is off on this one. I checked the size guide before ordering, and it was still way too tight on me. No question about it, I’d size up if you’re thinking about getting it...

I bought this mainly so I wouldn’t have to keep putting the central heating on, and to be fair, it does warm up quickly and seems cheaper to run. So in that sense, it’s doing the job. But I do find the controls a bit fiddly, and the heat can feel uneven at times. Maybe that’s partly on me for expecting it to feel more polished for the price, but I still think it could be better. It’s fine overall, just not quite as good as I’d hoped.

I feel like I paid way too much for this. When it arrived, the quality just felt cheap, which is ridiculous considering the price. I expected a lot better and definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I bought a heated throw from Dreamland it was lovely for the first few weeks — really cosy and just what I wanted for chilly evenings. But then it started cutting out randomly, and one corner stopped heating altogether, which was frustrating, especially considering the price.
Customer service was slow and didn’t really feel that helpful, to be honest. Maybe I just ended up with a faulty one, it happens, but in my case the durability was really disappointing, not exactly what you want from something you’re meant to rely on.

I’m tired of trying to deal with this thing. The temperature control just doesn’t work right, it gets way too hot, then suddenly it’s cold again, and it keeps going like that all night. I just wanted something simple that would keep a steady temperature, not another product I have to chase support about

I had a frustrating experience with customer service. It took forever to get a response, and when someone finally did reply, it wasn’t actually helpful. The tone also felt a bit condescending, like they were talking down to me instead of trying to sort the issue out. it felt like they just wanted me to go away. I wouldn’t use them again

I tried using it for a few nights, but the safety features weren’t very clear to me. Maybe I missed something, but I kept feeling unsure about whether it was actually doing what I expected. It felt less reassuring than… I don’t know, it just made me nervous. I ended up stopping after a few nights

I bought a heated blanket from Dreamland and it’s fine overall, but I wouldn’t say I’m amazed by it. It does get warm and it’s nice for sitting on the sofa, but it takes longer than I expected to heat up, and some areas definitely feel warmer than others. I also had to contact customer service with a quick question and got transferred around, which was annoying. Delivery was okay, nothing to complain about there. It’s not a bad blanket, just not quite as cosy as I was hoping.

I bought this thinking it would heat up quick, but it takes longer than my old one did. On colder nights, I’m just waiting and waiting for it to actually get warm. It does kick in eventually, so it’s not useless or anything, but if you’re looking for fast heat, fast heat is definitely not its strong point.

Box showed up bashed and half-open. Item was fine, luckily, but that’s not really the point. Paid for delivery, so I expected better. Just felt rushed and poorly packed

I don’t know, the site kind of gives mixed signals. Some parts seem like they’re trying to be useful, but the overall look feels really dated and cluttered. It’s frustrating because I wanted to give it a chance, but everything feels a bit messy and hard to focus on.

It comes quicker than I was expecting, honestly. I didn’t really had any issues with it.

I had a really hard time using this from the very beginning. Nothing felt clear, and it’s frustrating when something is put out there without making it easier for regular people to understand. That just doesn’t feel very considerate.

I sent my order back to Dreamland because it just wasn’t right for me, and I thought that would be the straightforward part. They’ve had the return for days now, but somehow the refund still hasn’t been sorted.

I’ve had to keep chasing for updates, and when they do reply, it feels like the same generic message being sent over and over. It does make you wonder if they’re just hoping people get tired of asking.
Really not impressed with the whole experience. Returns and refunds shouldn’t feel this difficult, and after this I can’t see myself ordering from them again.
